Our story
Born in transport. Built for transport.
Shipix was founded in Amsterdam by Avishai, Robson and Lucas. Before Shipix, we ran our previous company, a freight platform. For ten years we integrated with the TMS systems of hundreds of carriers to exchange orders and data with them.
The pattern was always the same. Transport companies full of operational expertise, held back by manual work, phone calls and spreadsheets. The systems for modern carriers were either too basic to grow into, or too big and expensive to be worth switching for.
AI changed that. Combined with what we learned on the road and in the code, it gave us the chance to build the TMS we always wished we'd had. So in 2024 we started Shipix.
We are committed to building systems people can trust, and to pushing the industry forward together with ambition, curiosity, and enjoyment of the journey.

Our founders
Three founders. One mission.
CEO & co-founder
A serial entrepreneur with 20 years across operations, technology and finance. Avishai grew up in a family transport business and has spent the last decade working closely with carriers, integrating with the TMS systems of hundreds of them at our previous company. He leads Shipix with a clear focus: technology should serve the transport business, not the other way around.
CTO & co-founder
A technology leader with 18 years of experience across startups and large enterprises. Robson has spent the last decade implementing AI and other advanced technologies in real production environments. He makes sure our products at Shipix are built on the right technology foundations and delivered with the performance, reliability and security that serious transport operations demand.
CPO & co-founder
A decade of experience designing and shipping technology products into operating industries. Lucas has been working alongside Avishai since 2016, with deep expertise across complex transport workflows. He leads product at Shipix with a single principle: build for the problems carriers actually have, not the ones imagined in a slide deck.
